The Well Rested Terrorist

Our first music based theatre show premiered at the Abbey Theatre on the Peacock stage as part of Dublin Fringe Festival 2014. It was presented by our band, Maud in Cahoots, and the idea was to bring the band into a theatre and see what happened. We wrote a concept album based around the image of 'terrorist' asleep on a plane, and it became an exploration of performance, inaction and dysfunction. It featured Rory Fleck Byrne, Maud Lee, Stephen Markham, George Mercer and Martin McCann with Jack Cawley on Sound.
