One Two One Two…

One Two One Two is the award-winning theatre, music and film company led by Zoe Ní Riordáin and Maud Lee. They make heartfelt, collaborative and ambitious work for audiences in Ireland and beyond.

Their theatre projects include highly acclaimed Everything I Do (Best Performer Dublin Fringe award) Recovery (Romilly Walton Masters award), and The Well Rested Terrorist. They are resident Artists at Project Arts Centre. They have toured Ireland, Paris and Edinburgh Fringe. One Two One Two has been supported by the Arts Council, Dublin City Council, Centre Culturel Irlandais, Foras na Gaeilge and Culture Ireland.

One Two One Two played live at Project Arts Centre on December 3rd ‘23, featuring Glasshouse Music. The gig celebrated the launch of their new album, Éist liom (listen to me).

Dúirt Tú (you said), a short film made in collaboration with Shaun Dunne, received ‘Best Director’ award at Cork International Film Festival 2020.

Their short film Tar Anseo (come here), a co-production with Invisible Thread films, featuring Seána Kerslake and Peter Coonan, premiered at Cork International Film Festival in November, receiving a special mention from the judges, acknowledging “its complex exploration of a lyrical and tragic friendship."

Zoe received the award for Best Direction for Tar Anseo at Fastnet Film Festival 2023.

They co-directed ‘The Sound of The Northside’, a hip-hop opera with the Kabin Crew (‘The Spark’) and Irish National Opera at the Everyman Theatre, Cork, July 2024.

The final piece in One Two One Two and Shaun Dunne’s trilogy of Irish language films, Éist liom (listen to me) recently premiered at Cork International Film Festival Nov ‘24.
